We ask for your cooperation in reporting any bugs or errors discovered during gameplay, with the goal of improving the game.

QWhen I used the download code for The Duskbloods Network Test Ver., I received error code 2813-0040 or 9001-0040 and I wasn't able to download it.

The download code entered has already been redeemed. It's possible that the download is underway. Please go to your Nintendo Switch 2 HOME Menu and see whether there is a software icon for The Duskbloods Network Test Ver.
If you do not see the software icon on the HOME Menu, it is possible that the download has not yet started for some reason. On the HOME Menu, select Virtual Game Cards and the user who redeemed the software to check. If it is there, select the icon for The Duskbloods Network Test Ver. and proceed with the download.
QIs it possible to invite friends and play multiplayer in The Duskbloods Network Test Ver.?

It is not possible to invite friends to play together in multiplayer in The Duskbloods Network Test Ver. The retail version of The Duskbloods is planned to include this functionality.
